What type of properties do you represent?
Circle Closings handles residential, commercial, and industrial real estate buy and sell transactions.
We represent condo, single-family house, and townhome owners during the closing process. Our attorneys also represent the purchase and sale of multi-family properties (ex. apartment buildings), office spaces, retail spaces, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
How type of services do you offer?
Circled Closings attorneys provide a number of legal services including contract drafting, review, and negotiation. We also review buy and sell documents (bill of sale, deed, title, etc.), municipal requirements, easements, and disclosures (building defects, hazardous materials).
If the property is part of a condominium, homeowner, or townhome community association, our attorneys will review any documents including questionnaires, bylaws, rules and regulations.

Our eClosing services are designed for you to buy or sell your home from the comfort of home. Video conferencing, digital signature technology, and remote notarization provide convenience and security.
